Artak Mkrtichyan Minasyan

is Assistant Professor of Public International Law and International Relations at the University of A Coruña. He also serves as Secretary Academic of the University Institute of European Studies "Salvador de Madariaga". His work focuses on international migration and displacement, climate induced mobility, human rights litigation, law of the sea, EU policies and sanctions, and the South Caucasus. He has authored numerous publications and often works in teams that link legal analysis with social research and policy practice. He is a co-coordinator of the volume International Migrations and Global Transformations: Legal, Social and Technological Perspectives and is engaged in teaching and public outreach on law and migration governance.
